Promote Health Foresight Pharma's pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals including doctors, specialists, and hospital pharmacists. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive product awareness and appropriate prescribing. You will be supported with product training, marketing materials, and a dedicated territory.
Drive product sales to pharmacies, pharmacy chains, and wholesale distributors across assigned regions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, identify new business opportunities, manage customer accounts, and submit timely sales reports. Play a key role in expanding our market presence across Ghana.
Oversee pharmaceutical distribution processes at our facility, ensuring all products are stored, handled, and dispensed in compliance with Ghana FDA and GDP standards. Provide clinical support to sales and regulatory teams, review product documentation, advise on medicine safety, and support pharmacovigilance activities.
Coordinate Ghana FDA product registration and renewal processes, prepare and compile technical dossiers to CTD format, manage product import permits, and liaise directly with the Ghana Food and Drugs Authority. Monitor regulatory changes and advise the company on compliance requirements to maintain uninterrupted product operations.
Support the daily operational functions of Health Foresight Pharma across various departments. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, maintaining filing and records systems, scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, supporting procurement processes, and general office administration. Manage and optimise the end-to-end pharmaceutical supply chain — from procurement and inventory management to warehousing, logistics, and last-mile delivery. Work closely with our distribution, regulatory, and sales teams to ensure products are available at the right place, at the right time, and in the right condition. Key responsibilities include demand forecasting, supplier coordination, stock level management, and GDP compliance monitoring across our distribution network.
Support the financial operations of Health Foresight Pharma Ltd. across accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
